结婚02🤵👰🏻 JPN KAJANG 登记结婚 ROM at JPN KAJANG（2021）

我看见很多人在结婚群组中询问关于签字结婚的程序，所以我就把自己在JPN签字的过程记录起来和你们分享。😊

I always see people asking about the process for ROM in group, so I decided to write a post about the process I went through. 

等了四个月二十八天

我们终于签到了😆

Finally get our turn for ROM after 4 months 28 days

1. 检查彼此身份证住处 

Check the address stated in IC

如果住处在不同的州属，需要去两个州属的JPN交表格。去交表格的时候，双方都必须一起前往。因为官员需要检查身份证。因此为了方便，我老公决定去换身份证地址。

*换地址要记得带一份复印好的水电单作为证明哦。
还有一定要在网上预约。

有的JPN是不招待没有预约的，UTC 则需要排队。
轮不到你就需要另找一天再去排队。*

If the couple come from different state, they have to go to JPN of both state together to hand in the form because the officer need to check both IC. So for convenient, my husband decided to change the address on his IC. 

*Remember to bring a photocopy of TNB bill or Syabas bill as proof. 

Appointment must be made online because they don't entertain walk in. 

UTC can walk in, but the queue is very very long. 

After working hour, they will ask you to come again the other day.*

不必特地找一天再去拿

费用是RM10😊

We went UTC to change the address on IC

because we can get in on the same day.

Just have to wait for 30 mins.

This cost RM10.

2. 获取表格

Get the form

拿表格不需要预约，也不需要排队哦。你只需要到JPN获取。我聪明的宝宝换身份证那天就直接问柜台的官员。所以当天我们就获取了表格。✌🏼️ 当天拿，当天填也可以，不过交表格就一定要预约。

You don't need to do appointment or queue to get the form. You can just walk in JPN to get one copy of it. My husband asked the officer in charge at the counter on the day he changed his IC address, so we get the form at the same day. ✌🏼️ You can fill in the form on the day you want to hand in, but make sure you make an appointment to hand in the form. 

基本上只是需要填 Bahagian A, B, D

Basically you need to fill in for Bahagian A, B, D

3. 交表格

Hand in the form

交表格就需要预约了。交了表格就可以当场安排签字的日期啦~ 不同的JPN，可以签字的日子也不一样哦~ JPN Kajang 只有星期四有签字的服务。他们有一本簿子记录预约，一天只有七位。我们三月去，排期已经到六月了。

*请准备：

1. 两个人的复印身份证

2. 身份证

3. 表格

4. Passport Size 照片 

（背景颜色一定要一样）*

Please do an appoinment to hand in the form. You can choose ROM date after u hand in the form. 😁Every JPN have different working day for ROM. For JPN Kajang, only Thursday is available. The slot only available for 7 pairs of couple. We went there by March and the appointment already full until May, so we take the slot on June. 

*Remember to bring along:

1. Photocopy IC of both

2. IC

3. Marriage Form

4. Passport Size Photo of Both 

(background colour must be same)*

去到的时候就直接去 Kaunter 10, Kaunter Nombor

柜台官员会要求检查你的表格和准备好的资料

Upon reaching, you can go to Counter 10 to get a number

The officer will check your form and the photocopy that required

表格交了之后就会拿到签字的通知书

里面有注明签字的日期和时间，签字需要注意的事项，还有价钱

After you hand in the form, you willl get a notice

date and time of ROM, the things you have to know for ROM and price 

is stated on the notice

4. 签字

R.O.M 

因为行管令，我们 被两次延迟了我们的签字仪式。第一次取消的时候，官员打来通知，说会在开放的时候再让我们知道日期。过了两个星期多，官员打来给我们新的预约日期，也把预约信透过邮件发了给我们，结果政府宣布了EMCO。我们就想说如果取消，她们会再打来吧。结果等到预约前一天都没有接到通知。我犹豫着要不要跑警局拿信跨县去签字。打了热线，打不通，幸好之前有个官员用自己私人号码打来的时候我把她的号码存了起来。我Whatsapp了她。结果取消了，没有人通知我们。所以只好等下一个日期。

Due to MCO, our ROM been delayed for twice. For the first time, the officer called us to informed that our appointment for ROM have to be delay until further notice. After two weeks, an officer called us and give us a new date for ROM, they send us the appointment letter through email. Unfortunately, just after we get the email, government declare for FMCO. We thought if ROM will be cancel, they will call us. We wait till the day before ROM, but still didn't get any call. I decided to call bilik gerakan to get more info before we go police station to get a letter to cross state, but can't get through the phone. Lastly I tried to Whatsapp the officer who called me, luckily I saved the nombor of the officer as she called me and noticed us about the cancellation of our ROM. So our ROM cancel again and have to wait for another date.

直到7月18号的那一天，我们接到新的通知说7月24号可以签字。其实心情很忐忑，毕竟疫情越来越严重。经过考量，我们决定去因为星期六JPN通常都没有开，我们猜想他们是特地开来让我们这些还没签字的完成仪式，人会比较少。

We get a notice on 18th July that we can go through our ROM at 24th July. Actually we are quite worried since Covid cases getting more and more. After we discuss, we decided to attend because usually JPN will not open on Saturday. We guess that they open just to clear the backlog appointments and wont be many people there. 

*只是需要带身份证和预约信。

*Only need to bring IC and the appointment letter.

人齐就能先签字

ROM can be done once all attended. 

Bride, bridegroom and 2 witness.

仪式只是很简单的宣誓。

The ceremony is quite simple, only vow. 

如我们所猜想，确实很少人。

感谢主，这样确实比起平日安全很多。

Just as what we guess, not many people there.

It is more safe compare to usual day.
